The blending plant is equipped with three high standard stainless steel tanks with a total of 40,000 liters capacity.
Installed with fully explosion-proof NORD electrical motors and can produce up to 2080 tons per month for both oil and water-based specialty chemicals.
Toll Blending Service.

We provide a Toll Blending service to cater complex chemical formulation that needs to be mixed and processed into a final product. Our experts are highly trained, knowledgeable chemists and engineers that can formulate and blend final products with care and professionalism in our state-of-the-art facility. Our chemical toll blending specialists can create custom formulations as well as develop improved formulations.
We provide solutions for seasonal production needs that are outside our clients production capacity, or provide additional production capacity without having to invest in new facilities.

The Chemical warehouse is managed professionally by an experienced warehouse team who are crucial to the operation.
The building is also fitted with explosion-proof lights and fixtures to ensure the highest safety standards which is the highest priority in the company policy.
This includes that all logistic trucks operated in the area must also be in compliance with B3 permits.
